What kind of staff do you supply?
A.
We supply mostly office-based administrative staff, including receptionists, book-keepers, PAs, secretaries, telesales, customer service and other administrative staff, both temporary and permanent. We have a pool of tried and tested temporary staff, and some of these are also seeking permanent employment.

What do you need to know in order to fill a temporary or permanent position?
A.
Ideally we like to know as much as possible about the company, location, size of company and what it does, and what office conditions are like. We also need to know the following in order to effectively fill a vacancy:
- Hours of work
- Place of work
- Who to report to
- What duties are involved
- Any special skills required, e.g. audio typing, SAGE accounts experience etc.
- Salary guide (if permanent), holidays etc.
- Special requirements, e.g. dress code.
Obviously the more we know, the better we can match our candidates to your needs!

How much notice do you need to fill a vacancy?
A.
We can often fill a job almost immediately, but it is always easier to find good people with at least a few days' notice. The more notice you give us the better!

Do you advertise specific client vacancies?
A.
We put all vacancies on our website and this, coupled with the fact that we are frequently refreshing our database of staff and interviewing new people, means we often fill vacancies without specific advertising in the local press. We can also organise press advertising for clients' job vacancies.
